Air Lounge Operations Lead Position

Lead the operational success of Air Canada’s premium lounges at Toronto Pearson International Airport. This role focuses on guest experience and operational excellence within a dynamic environment.
The Lounge Operations Lead will oversee six lounges at YYZ, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.

Your role includes direct involvement in problem resolution, vendor management, and guest feedback analysis. Candidates with a solid background in hospitality and a knack for analytics will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily lounge operations with hands-on oversight

• Resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively

• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance lounge service

• Conduct audits of service quality and cleanliness

• Facilitate renovation logistics to minimize guest disruption
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Hospitality Management

• At least 3+ years in operational management within hospitality

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Fluent in English;
French preferred but not mandatory
