In this vital role, you will support and drive operational excellence across all food and beverage outlets. Focusing on service quality and guest interactions, you will develop training materials and regularly assess team performance. Your active involvement on the floor ensures ongoing support and improvement across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in executing team strategies
• Focus on continuous improvement of service standards
• Develop onboarding and training materials for staff
• Engage on the floor for training and assessment
• Assist the Ops team during service as needed
