As the Expert Conference Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all floor activities, ensuring adherence to service standards, and acting as the main client contact.
Your role is essential in fostering positive client experiences and guaranteeing effective event logistics, as you engage with various teams to deliver top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client meetings and collaborate with service teams
• Ensure all setups meet expected client standards
• Monitor daily event schedules and room utilizations
• Conduct regular checks on the conference floor for quality
• Provide reports on event service and boardroom usage
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in event management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Technologically proficient, especially in AV setups
• Committed to high standards of client service
