Room Attendant

Position: Great Canadian Entertainment Room Attendant
Deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service as a Room Attendant at Great Canadian Entertainment. Join us in creating an exceptional stay experience for our visitors.
In this role, you'll maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring each space is meticulously prepared prior to occupancy. You will manage up to sixteen rooms per shift, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, contributing to an inviting hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms

• Achieve the standard of cleaning sixteen rooms daily

• Report any issues to management before occupancy

• Assist guests with supply requests in a friendly manner

• Safely operate cleaning equipment following all procedures
Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience, especially in hotels

• Customer service skills are essential

• Ability to lift weights up to 25 lbs

• Able to multitask effectively

• Communicate clearly and professionally
