As Operations Manager, you will report to the General Manager and focus on Front Of House operations, leading a proactive team to ensure exceptional hospitality.
Your role includes maintaining high standards during service and engaging with guests to foster a lively atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations with an energetic service focus
• Inspire FOH team members to deliver standout guest experiences
• Create and manage work schedules aligned with peak traffic
• Conduct engaging pre-shifts and service check-ins
• Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing and Culinary teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality leadership role
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and team development
• Valid Smart Serve certification required
• Availability for weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain organization in operations
