With at least two years of leadership experience in hospitality, you will lead the FOH staff and manage all banquet events.
Your role focuses on service optimization, compliance with standards, and team development. Collaborate with various departments to deliver outstanding service that meets both guest expectations and event specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead front-of-house operations for events and service
• Execute and manage banquet setup and breakdown
• Develop and mentor FOH staff for improved performance
• Oversee the management of guest reservations and feedback
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership position
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Knowledge of cocktail theory and event service
• Familiarity with various POS systems
• Smart Serve Certification required
