In this role, which reports to the General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations with a focus on engaging service and team performance. Your proactive presence on the floor is essential for ensuring that guests receive the highest quality experience while coaching your team and driving positive energy throughout the venue. Experience in hospitality is essential for this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations emphasizing high-impact guest service
• Inspire and lead the Front Of House team
• Create event schedules that align with business needs
• Be present on the floor to support staff and guests
• Maintain top-notch service standards and atmosphere
Requirements:
• 2 years of hospitality experience in leadership roles
• Proven track record of team hiring and development
• Strong conflict resolution capabilities
• Valid Smart Serve certification mandatory
• Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
