Join Four Seasons Hotel Toronto as a Full-Time Centralized Operations Reservations Agent and be the first and last impression for our guests. Deliver exceptional service while coordinating reservations and information efficiently.
As a core team member, your primary responsibility is managing communication channels with potential guests, assisting them with room, spa, and dining reservations effectively. Your ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail will ensure a flawless experience, while providing assistance during emergencies strengthens our commitment to guest care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all reservation-related calls and inquiries expertly
• Assist with booking hotel rooms, spa, and restaurant reservations
• Provide essential hotel information and address emergencies
• Support Room Service and Housekeeping communication needs
• Maintain a professional atmosphere in all interactions
Requirements:
• Experience in telecommunications or hotel operations preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS is an asset
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Flexible schedule for all shifts, including holidays
