As a Concierge at The James community, you will be integral to shaping the resident experience. Tricon seeks four individuals to ensure impeccable service delivery and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing resident interactions, responding to requests, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident needs as the primary service contact
• Facilitate requests for concierge services and events
• Support building operations during move-ins
• Monitor security and visitor management procedures
• Uphold professionalism and high service standards
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer service or hospitality
• Proficient in communication and organization
• Strong professional conduct and attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Experience in luxury service environments is a plus
