As a Steward, your primary responsibility will be washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and cutlery. Upholding a high standard of sanitation, you will manage storage and requisitioning tasks while reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director. Equipment maintenance and monitoring will also be key tasks in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow hotel policies for the Stewarding department
• Maintain sanitation throughout all stewarding areas
• Manage storage and requisition of cleaning supplies
• Report any breakages to the Food and Beverage Director
• Ensure all dishwashing equipment is maintained properly
Requirements:
• Previous experience in kitchen or stewardship roles is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene
• Ability to execute hotel policies efficiently
• Skills in reporting maintenance issues as they arise
• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
Contribute your sanitation expertise to ensure our hotel's dining services run seamlessly.
