As our Night Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in reconciling daily financial transactions and managing guest services overnight. Your ability to uphold Marriott brand standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests will be essential to the hotel's reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of room and tax charges

• Prepare nightly management and accounting reports

• Perform all guest service duties as needed

• Address financial discrepancies and communicate issues

• Maintain a service-focused environment for guests

Requirements:

• Hotel operations experience, preferably in guest services

• Smart Serve certification essential

• Strong analytical skills for financial reconciliation

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Capability to carry out physical tasks as needed
