In this role, you will support guests with luggage assistance and offer a warm greeting upon their arrival at the hotel. Your knowledge of hotel operations and the local area will enhance guest satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills and the capability to handle physically demanding tasks throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide luggage assistance to guests during arrival and departure
• Stay attentive in the lobby to greet and assist guests
• Deliver messages and packages to guestrooms
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed for guest security
• Maintain organized luggage storage areas
Requirements:
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
• Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Team player who reacts appropriately under pressure
• Professional attitude with a welcoming demeanor
