Position: Luxury Concierge for The James
Join Tricon as a Concierge at The James in Rosedale, Toronto, to provide outstanding hospitality and enhance resident satisfaction. This role combines operational support with high-level service.

The James is looking for four seasoned Concierges to join their dynamic team. Focused on fostering meaningful relationships, you'll respond to residents' needs while managing daily operations.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining a polished community where elevated service is the norm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for community residents

• Coordinate resident support requests and engagements

• Manage building operations and communication among teams

• Ensure security and safety compliance for residents

• Project professionalism and strong brand representation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in hospitality, customer service, or related fields

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High professionalism and attention to detail

• Multi-tasking capability and organizational skills

• Flexibility for varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
