Collaborating closely with residents and staff, you will handle inquiries and manage community activities with a focus on quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily concierge operations and support staff
• Maintain fiscal records for accounts handled
• Ensure clear communication across the team and community
• Supervise safe entry and services for guests
• Plan and orchestrate community events and support
Requirements:
• Preferable training or experience in hospitality management
• Familiarity with senior community needs
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass annual police background check
