Night Auditor at Hotel Front Desk

Join the hospitality team as a Night Auditor, welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs at the hotel. This in-person role includes handling payments and promoting hotel services.

This full-time, permanent position operates overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The Night Auditor will process guests’ check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate accounts, and manage reservation discrepancies. Proficiency with OPERA system is essential, along with ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls professionally with a pleasant demeanor

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately

• Promote hotel products and services to enhance sales

• Secure guest payments and verify identification on arrival

• Balance cash float and complete daily shift checklists

Requirements:

• Preferred 3 years in hotel guest services

• 3 years of customer service experience

• Strong understanding of hotel services offered

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests

• Familiarity with OPERA system required
