We are hiring four Concierges for The James, a premium residential community. This role combines hospitality-driven service with operational support and requires notable discretion and attention to detail. You will coordinate resident requests, engage with guests, and ensure a seamless living experience in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first point of contact for residents
• Coordinate local services and resident requests
• Support move-ins and manage building operations
• Monitor safety compliance and manage visitor access
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service
• Strong written and verbal English communication
