We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Toronto, leading the front of house team while ensuring exceptional service. In this position, you will spend at least 50% of your time on the taproom floor, directly engaging with guests and coaching staff. Your expertise in hospitality operations and strong team leadership will drive our commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead taproom service to ensure high-quality guest experiences
• Oversee opening and closing procedures daily
• Manage staff schedules and align with business needs
• Coach team members on service standards and product knowledge
• Handle guest inquiries and manage escalations
Requirements:
• 5+ years managing a hospitality venue
• Experience in kitchen oversight is an asset
• Proven leadership in service-driven environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality with availability for evenings and weekends
