Your exemplary service and proactive issue resolution will drive member satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the onboarding journey for new members
• Provide personalized training and recovery guidance
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
• Collaborate across departments for member success
• Train and hold the onboarding team accountable
Requirements:
• Established track record in high-performance services
• Background knowledge in fitness, wellness, or recovery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data
• Recent Criminal Background Check required
