Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant operations and guest relations

• Train and orient Front of House staff effectively

• Provide coaching and maintain team morale

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Actively resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2 years as a Manager/Supervisor in a similar setting

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality or Business preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to adapt and change priorities swiftly
