Your role will ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction during nighttime hours.
As a Night Auditor, you'll rotate through key Front Office functions at Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre and Spa. Your expertise in guest relations, accounting, and customer service will be pivotal in providing a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. This position demands proficiency in handling reservations, balancing financial transactions, and resolving any guest queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and check out guests as per reservations
• Balance and audit Front Office postings and transactions
• Collect and verify payments via cash, debit, and credit
• Provide general information and resolve guest complaints
• Print and distribute Night Audit Report Packets
Requirements:
• Previous experience in front office or accounting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Night Audit procedures and customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability for shifts
