Union Hotel seeks a dynamic Outlets Manager to lead our front-of-house Food and Beverage operations. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests and events. You'll foster a positive environment and develop training programs to support your team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee restaurant and bar operations to exceed guest expectations
• Execute banquet events per client specifications
• Train team members on service vision and standards
• Manage labour costs with effective scheduling
• Address guest concerns swiftly and effectively
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading in a full-service hotel setting
• Strong hospitality diploma or equivalent experience
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays
