You will be responsible for managing both individual and group reservations, ensuring every detail aligns with Forbes 5-Star Standards. Your work will include responding to inquiries, assisting with booking modifications, and enhancing guest profiles. Collaboration with various departments is key to ensuring guests receive continuous service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and modify reservations accurately
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Communicate effectively with departments to relay guest preferences
• Update guest files and monitor group bookings
• Assist with VIP arrivals and amenities delivery
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related experience in a luxury hotel
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Experience with computer systems like Opera or Reserve
• Availability for evenings and holiday shifts
