As a bar host, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience at Four Seasons. This position requires excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, alongside a complete knowledge of menus and daily reservations. You'll greet guests graciously and ensure smooth seating arrangements based on availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously with a smile

• Utilize Open Table for reservations and seating management

• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials

• Familiarize with server stations and daily assignments

• Remember frequent guests' names and preferences

Requirements:

• Minimum one year previous hosting experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills in English; additional languages a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Smart Serve certification required

• Calm demeanor under pressure
