Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager;

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Support housekeeping staff and assist with daily tasks
• Manage and restock linens and guest supplies
• Provide professional and friendly guest service
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper reporting of issues

• Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with guests and team members
• Be an engaging, highly inclusive team member who is inspiring and relatable at all levels
• Participate in a fun and supportive working environment that empowers employees to do what is right

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of guest service and/or housekeeping experience
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
