In this role, you'll supervise guest services while leading a dynamic front desk team. Focused on effective revenue management, you will resolve guest concerns and ensure all requests are met with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills are essential as you independently manage all front of house operations.

• Manage daily front desk operations effectively

• Conduct checks on booking platforms for rate parity
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in hotel Rooms Management
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with property management systems
• Ability to lead a unionized team effectively
