As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the beverage program while leading a team to ensure exceptional service. Upholding MLSE’s quality standards, you will focus on team training, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and executing inventory controls. Your proactive approach will inspire staff and guarantee guest satisfaction in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations to meet high service and profitability standards

• Train, motivate, and develop team members

• Resolve discrepancies efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction

• Manage compliance with regulations such as AGCO

• Oversee event planning and vendor management

Requirements:

• Strong background in food service is required

• Management experience in a bar or restaurant setting

• Knowledge of beverage programs and inventory control

• Leadership experience in high-traffic environments

• Must be available evenings and weekends as required
