At Range Group, we are searching for a Senior Travel Operations Manager experienced in coordinating complex travel programs. This role focuses on executing corporate meetings and conferences while ensuring attention to detail across all logistical aspects. Collaborate with teams to maintain high levels of service and sustainability in travel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all logistics for corporate travel and events
• Coordinate hotel, ground transportation, and audiovisual needs
• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing terms
• Monitor and maintain event budgets accurately
• Conduct site inspections and research destinations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MICE
• Solid background in travel operations and event planning
• Proficient in registration systems and budgeting tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual capability in English/French preferred
