Position: Sonesta Night Shift Manager Role
Join Sonesta’s team as an Assistant Night Manager to enhance guest experiences overnight. This position blends management duties with guest service responsibilities in the hotel environment.

The Assistant Night Manager works directly under the Night Manager, ensuring smooth operations during night shifts. Responsibilities involve completing revenue audits, preparing reports, and maintaining guest interactions. This role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming atmosphere as well as ensuring that administrative functions are performed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of service according to company guidelines

• Balance guest accounts and prepare accounting reports

• Process guest reservations, cancellations, and inquiries

• Provide security contact during night hours

• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or Hospitality Degree required

• Hotel experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift weights

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
