This position involves assisting the Catering Department with operational tasks supporting meetings and events. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, creating event materials, and updating internal documentation. With a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence, you will help deliver memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle phone and email inquiries for catering services
• Coordinate with teams for menu creation and event materials
• Manage distribution of BEOs and maintain event logs
• Book and service smaller group events and internal functions
• Support administrative tasks for Catering and Sales Managers
Requirements:
• Preferred college diploma in Hospitality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
• Experience with hotel catering preferred
• Knowledge of Delphi FDC and Opera systems is an asset
