This role requires a seasoned leader with 5-7 years of experience in operations, managing safety, security, and event protocols in diverse settings. You’ll oversee the escalation of incidents, ensure operational readiness, and partner with various teams to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as daily operational lead on campus

• Act as primary contact for emergencies and incidents

• Manage event setups for safety and guest satisfaction

• Conduct routine inspections for safety and cleanliness

• Maintain communication during events for effective response

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in operations or event management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in safety and emergency management

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Certifications in First Aid/CPR, WHMIS preferred
