Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the taproom staff during service

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality

• Kitchen supervision experience is beneficial

• Understanding of hospitality operations is essential

• Proven ability to thrive in service-oriented roles

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
