In this supervisory role, you will manage daily banquet operations while ensuring a high standard of service that aligns with Omni's Food and Beverage standards. With responsibilities including team motivation, overseeing guest experiences, and managing inventory, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of banquet events. Experience in food and beverage supervision is valued, with a focus on multi-tasking and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and lead banquet service teams effectively
• Supervise and coordinate shifts for optimal operations
• Maintain service standards through guest interaction
• Monitor food preparation and beverage presentation
• Order daily supplies and manage inventory
Requirements:
• 2 years in Food and Beverage Supervision or Management
• Banquet experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Smart Serve and Food Handler's Certificate required
