Play a key part in delivering exceptional service at RBC Amphitheater as a Seasonal Premium Service Supervisor with Legends Global. Oversee service staff while ensuring top-quality guest experiences during events.
Legends Global seeks a part-time, seasonal supervisor to lead Premium Service staff at the RBC Amphitheater in Toronto. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates with hospitality experience and strong leadership skills. You will directly engage with guests, manage operations, and uphold health and safety standards during fast-paced event environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Premium Service staff and guest interactions
• Ensure food and beverage services exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a proactive approach to foresee potential issues
• Assist in handling guest and employee relations issues
• Conduct physical inventory audits as needed
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with a POS system is required
• Must have a valid Smart Serve certification
• Dependable availability for events, including evenings
