Internship as Guest Services Agent

This internship position spans 4-6 months in the fall of 2026. You'll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and creatively address their requests. Your proactive problem-solving will be key in ensuring satisfaction and collaborating with various departments for a personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly
• Address guest inquiries and enhance their experiences
• Respond courteously to guest requests in various formats
• Resolve issues and concerns with a service-first mentality
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Positive customer service orientation
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Proficiency in OPERA PMS is a plus
