Your role
Create Memorable Moments For Our Travelers By
Welcoming and assisting passengers with professionalism and a positive attitude
Providing attentive service, including assistance with luggage, meals and beverages, and onboard safety
Ensuring passenger comfort and well-being throughout the journey

Do you have strong leadership skills?
This role can lead to a supervisory position onboard the trains, where you will be responsible for coordinating the team, ensuring the smooth operation o, and maintaining a high level of customer service for passengers.
Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the required commitment and leadership potential to prepare them for these responsibilities.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
Ensure passenger safety
Deliver outstanding onboard service
Assist passengers and handle luggage
Serve meals and beverages (including alcohol)
Maintain cleanliness of common areas
What You Need To Succeed
Availability for variable schedules (weekends, holidays, on-call)
Ability to travel 2–3 days away from home
Oral communication skills in English and French
High school diploma
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Physical ability to handle luggage (up to 23 kg / 50 lb)
