This full-time position requires at least three years of multi-property hotel revenue management experience. You will leverage tools like Salesforce and OTA Insight to track metrics, streamline processes, and enhance financial performance. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in optimizing RevPAR and ADR while anticipating market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between Revenue, Operations, and Sales
• Track critical metrics including bookings and pipeline statistics
• Streamline processes to analyze diverse data sources
• Create executive reports to support Sales and Marketing
• Monitor and optimize hotel occupancy and revenue metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in hotel revenue management
• Experience with Salesforce and major hotel brands
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Strong understanding of KPIs impacting revenue
• Ability to work independently and in a team
