Position: Reservations Agent at Four Seasons
Be the welcoming voice of Four Seasons as a Reservations Agent. Provide exceptional customer service, coordinate details for reservations, and communicate effectively across various channels.

As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting guests with all hotel services, including rooms, dining, and spa services. Your communication and problem-solving skills are vital in handling guest inquiries and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shifts. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a friendly personality to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations for all hotel services and accommodations

• Respond to inquiries via phone and paging systems

• Process guest requests for Room Service and Housekeeping

• Provide information on hotel amenities and services

• Assist in emergency communications with appropriate teams

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a hotel or customer service role

• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of phone operations

• Open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Smart Serve Certification required

• Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
