Key Responsibilities Oversee high‑energy daily operations throughout the venue
Lead and motivate the Front Of House team for memorable experiences
Build schedules for peak nights and special events
Maintain engagement with guests during service
Resolve guest feedback swiftly and professionally
Requirements 2+ years in hospitality, preferably in leadership roles
Robust problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
Valid Smart Serve certification
Experience in hiring and training staff
Ability to work weekends and holidays
