Senior Luxury Travel Designer Greater Toronto Area, ON (Hybrid 2-4 days per month in-office) Full-Time
Do you have a passion for travel and a talent for creating unforgettable experiences? Our client, a well-established luxury travel company, is seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Travel Designer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional who thrives on building relationships, creating customized luxury travel itineraries, and delivering exceptional service to discerning clients.
What You'll Do Design and sell tailor‑made travel experiences from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.
Convert inbound leads and maximize every sales opportunity.
Build long‑term relationships with clients and develop your own portfolio.
Advise and upsell unique experiences that enhance client journeys.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to arrange flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.
Stay current on destinations and trends to maintain expert product knowledge.
Support clients throughout their travel journey and provide solutions when plans change.
Contribute ideas for new products, destinations, and supplier partnerships.
What We're Looking For Experience creating and selling one‑of‑a‑kind travel itineraries.
Strong destination knowledge and international travel experience.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
TICO certification required.
Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality required.
Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality considered an asset.
