In this pivotal role, you will support the General Manager in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Your background in hospitality management, combined with your strengths in operational management and guest service, will foster a welcoming dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and training initiatives for restaurant staff
• Manage daily operations and uphold cleanliness standards
• Deliver engaging briefings to enhance team performance
• Ensure exceptional guest service during all interactions
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns
Requirements:
• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Hospitality Management
• Essential wine education; sommelier accreditation is preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
