The Front Desk Receptionist serves a pivotal role within the Front Office Team at Four Seasons. With 1-2 years of luxury hotel experience, you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to manage guest inquiries and concerns. Your fluency in English and proficiency with hotel property management systems are crucial for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and facilitate smooth check-in/check-out
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Utilize OPERA PMS for effective booking management
• Maintain the front desk area’s welcoming environment
• Uphold personal presentation standards throughout the shift
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Front Desk experience in luxury settings
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Continuous standing ability for shifts
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality preferred
