We are looking for a General Manager for a recent downtown location and help establish the operating rhythm, culture, and client experience that will define Supernatural as a scalable brand.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team through trust, clarity, and coaching
• Own location performance including revenue, retention, and membership growth
• Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven client experience
• Run day-to-day operations with precision while adapting to real-world conditions
• Activate the space through events, partnerships, and community engagement
• Continuously improve how the location operates and how guests experience it

• 5+ years leading teams in wellness, fitness, medspa, hospitality, or premium retail
• A results-driven operator who values judgment, accountability, and collaboration
• Comfortable empowering managers and teams to own outcomes
• Calm under pressure, thoughtful in decision-making, and people-first in your leadership
• Passionate about health, longevity, and meaningful work

• Experience with wellness or medical-adjacent services
• Exposure to membership or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with systems like Mindbody, Zenoti, or Boulevard
