Position: Client Care Specialist at Execaire Aviation
Experience VIP service as a Client Care Specialist with Execaire Aviation at Pearson International Airport. Support our private jet clientele with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

In this customer-focused role, you will report to the Client Care Supervisor, enhancing client experiences within our VIP Lounge. Your responsibilities include booking hotels and rentals, overseeing operations, and coordinating with our Line Crew for premium client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book hotels, car rentals, and catering for clients

• Oversee and manage commissary operations

• Order supplies to maintain service standards

• Ensure exceptional client experiences throughout their trips

• Provide administrative and sales support as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

• Previous aviation industry experience is advantageous

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
