Reporting to the Director of Banquets and Beverage, this full-time role involves scheduling, enhancing guest satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments. You will also control banquet inventory and handle administrative details to streamline event execution, ensuring all protocols and expectations are met for each unique function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Coordinate Food & Beverage service for varied events

• Attend catering meetings to adjust staffing accordingly

• Organize details from Banquet Event Orders

• Maintain contact with clients during events

Requirements:

• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry

• Knowledge of Health and Safety policies

• Smart Serve certification required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant applications
