Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, courteously and graciously with eye contact and a smile.
- Coordinate all special events and large groups within the bar/guest liaison, booking, menu coordination, ensuring proper staff communication.
- Update the website and menus to reflect new items and events.
- Manage and respond to guest comments, reviews and feedback in collaboration with the management team.
- Lead the team of hosts, training and maintaining service standards.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English; additional language a definite asset.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a can‑do approach.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Minimum 2 years previous host experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation.
- Post‑secondary education in hospitality or a related field.

Hourly rate: $23.50. Schedule & hours include all shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Open availability required.
