The Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club is looking for a knowledgeable Lead Banquet Coordinator for its Food & Beverage Department. With over five years in hospitality, you will ensure accurate event setups and coordinate staff to deliver top-notch service. Collaborating with the Event Manager, your objective will be to meet and exceed the Club's high standards in every banquet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead thorough event setups and verify floorplan accuracy

• Manage staff for successful event execution

• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and setup checks

• Ensure banquet food quality and attractive presentation

• Train staff on established service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality roles

• Valid Food Handler’s and Smart Serve certifications

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Proficient with POS systems

• Understanding of Safety and Sanitation Regulations
