Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve any guest concerns proactively
• Collaborate with departments to personalize service
• Continually seek ways to improve the guest experience
Requirements:
• Hospitality diploma is advantageous
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Professional handling of challenging situations
• Good computer skills; familiar with OPERA PMS helpful
