You will serve as the informative voice managing every call, coordinating hotel room bookings, spa services, and dining reservations. Additionally, you are the friendly liaison for Room Service and Housekeeping, ensuring guest satisfaction from the first contact to the last.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming guest communication and reservations

• Sell hotel services and ensure accurate information delivery

• Coordinate details for rooms, spa, and dining services

• Respond to emergencies and connect appropriate staff

• Support Room Service and Housekeeping communication

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in telecommunications or customer service role

• Strong computer literacy and phone operation skills

• Fluent in English with additional languages preferred

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Smart Serve Certification required
