Position: Lead Concierge at The Boulevard Club

In this pivotal position, you'll supervise daily Concierge Desk operations and demonstrate exemplary service standards. The Lead Concierge will coordinate member inquiries and oversee the Concierge team's performance, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere for Members and guests. Your leadership will enhance the operational efficiency and uphold the Club’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional front-line service to Members and guests

• Lead daily Concierge operations and service standards

• Manage front desk administrative and switchboard functions

• Assist in new Member onboarding and orientation

• Provide training and support to Concierge team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality or customer service

• Leadership experience in guiding team members

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with administrative and reservation tasks

• Flexible availability for varied shifts
