As a Workplace Coordinator, you will manage site operations and ensure hospitality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations for site functionality and safety
• Act as the primary contact for employees and stakeholders
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all work spaces
• Coordinate events, meetings, and cultural activities
• Facilitate vendor management and service provider compliance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in workplace operations or office management
• Strong vendor management and service provider experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace systems
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
